All the preliminary work was done over the phone by my husband and Dennis. They did not have what we wanted on the lot but only took a couple of days to locate one for me. Being willing to locate what we wanted and not try to make us compromise to take something they could locate easier or already had on the lot is one of the main reasons we keep coming back. Buying a car is a big financial investment and this is a dealership that clearly wants to meet your needs/wants rather than just making a sale. The only issue we had was we requested a car starter be installed before we took delivery which is was. However a couple of wires accidently got crossed and the headlights didn't work properly. We called the service department the next day to have it fixed. They fit us in quickly and corrected the problem right away. Although a little inconvenient mistakes happen, how they are dealt with keeps me a loyal customer. More
