I recently decided to purchase a toyota camry. After being unsatisfied with the service/attitude of local dealers in Massachusetts I searched on line and called Hyundai of Keene. I was told that they had a couple vehicles in my price range. I visited Hynduai and met with Dan Jenkins. Even though Dan was a Hyundai sales person, he was extremely knowledgeable about the pre-owned camry I was interested in. I didn't feel pressured, they made me feel comfortable. I did purchase a camry, and it being a pre-owned vehicle it did not have floor mats. Dan went out of his way to obtain floor mats for my vehicle. Financing the vehicle was simple, the sales manager Alan Vieu obtained a good financing rate for me. It is worth the ride from Massachusetts to visit this dealership. More

This is the second car we bought from Hyundai of Keene, and as always it was a great experience... They just let you decide if you want to buy the car or not... I bought a used Toyota from Hyundai of Keene and the whole experience left much to be desired. I went through a third party organization to find this vehicle and when I got there the sales rep. knew not whole experience left much to be desired. I went through a third party organization to find this vehicle and when I got there the sales rep. knew nothing about the car and told me that the car didn't come with floor mats. Then when I called back to say it had markings where the old floor mats used to be he then proceeded to tell me that the detailing team thought it to dirty to clean and threw them away and if I wanted to replace them it would be out of my pocket. I complained about an awful swampy smell in the car and asked if the air filter was ever changed when they supposedly inspected the car and of course he wasn't able to answer me because he didn't know just like he didn't know whether or not the car had new tires or used or maybe he just lied about that too like he lied about the car never having floor mats. i picked this car up on a rainy day so didn't really have a chance to inspect it and later discovered a possible problem with the mirror and was told by the sales rep.that laws in NH only require you to have only 2 working mirrors to pass inspection. Their detailing team left dog hair still in the car and in the glove compartment along with the awful smell, there was still dirt and grime in car on closer inspection. The sales rep. basically implied that I got a great deal on the car and that any problem with the vehicle after I drove it off the lot was my problem. He also seemed to have a predisposition about the organization I went through to buy this car and the people that are introduced through them. I had just had an accident and needed a vehicle asap but I should have paid more attention when I bought this car. I felt pressured into the purchase and scammed by the sales rep. He couldn't answer any of my questions and tried lying about the floor mats then told me they wouldn't take the car back and if they did they would take it back at a reduced price even though I bought the car only 3 days earlier. He offered to have the car re-detailed but I chose to cancel the appointment due to the sales rep's bad attitude and I felt that a 2 hour round trip to get the car there would have only left me more upset then I already was about the car and a waste of gas for them to do another xxxx poor job on the car. It's been 2 weeks now and still can't get the swampy smell out of the car. I wouldn't recommend buying from them. A week or so after writing this review Alan Vieu, the General Sales Manager of Hyundai of Keene, actually contacted me and apologized and was able to send me the information I needed and also a coupon for a full inside and out detailing coupon for next year. Though my initial dealings with this dealership wasn't great, I feel that by contacting me they made an effort in trying to remedy the problems I had previously discussed. Thanks Alan. More

From the first moment we walked into the dealership, we felt very comfortable. Dennis showed us the car we were interested in purchasing, explained everything about it and let us take it for a test drive. felt very comfortable. When we got back, they checked out our trade-in, gave us a price and we went home to think about it. When we got home we discussed what a nice dealership it was and how everyone there was so friendly. We decided that if we could dicker price a little we would buy the car. So that is what we did. We wanted a car with the premium package, which they didn't have on the lot, but Alan located one and had it there for us the next day. Alan gave us a great deal. We are very happy and we love our new car! Without a doubt this has been the best experience at a dealership we have ever had! Dennis and Alan were both wonderful! We have been spreading the word ever since. More

I went in to look at new cars, knew the deal I wanted, and made a fair deal...all in a few hours. I was treated as a valued customer and everyone from the Sales Manager to the Service manager made the ex and made a fair deal...all in a few hours. As a woman buying a car in the past I have felt pressured and uncomfortable, but the team at Hynudai went out of there way to make sure I was happy and comfortable with the deal. End result..I got exactly what I wanted and paid a fair price for it. Can't ask for more than that !!! More
