Just purchased this car new - found the entire staff we dealt with to be excellent - friendly and helpful. My wife and I found a used Santa Fe on-line that was within our price range. We decided to take a nice road trip on a Saturday to find this dealership, or other cars along the way. We had no problem IDing the Santa Fe from the on-line ad when we got to the dealership. (Nice photos, Guys) We ended up test driving a differnt Santa Fe, that had 4WD. The wife liked it but wasn't "Crazy" about it. Dan Jenkins was very helpful, letting us take another SUV out for a spin, this one being a Tucson. We had pulled over near the dealership to check out the Tucson cargo area and changed drivers so my wife could drive it, as it was going to be her daily driver. She loved it. We also forgot to close the tailgate, when we had stopped. When we got back to the dealership, Dan thought the tailgate was broken, but I admitted it was my error. Dan asked if we were interested and we said yes, under 1 condition. If we could work out a price quickly and efficiently, we'd buy that day (I didn't want to waste a beautiful Saturday Afternoon in a showroom going back and forth on price). In less than an hour the P&S was signed and we picked up and paid the balance on Monday. So far my wife loves it. Thanks again Dan, for a painless buying experience! More
Unfortuantley I did not have a great 1st experience at the dealership. Our sales rep was brand new-liz- and this was her first deal. Instead of supporting her, the rest of the team seemed to throw every the dealership. Our sales rep was brand new-liz- and this was her first deal. Instead of supporting her, the rest of the team seemed to throw every obstacle at her and the inconsistent and wrong information that they provided to her followed this gal from start to finish. The entire experience was full of mistakes from the beginning and even after delivery. I can say in complete honesty, every step of this process was full of mistakes and inacurrate information. The price was great so we hung in there and I really felt awful for the sales rep- she went through the entire process with a smile and it really was unpleasant to watch how she was treated. More
I have never had a better experience when purchasing a vehicle. Everyone at the dealership could not have been more pleasant. My husband and I went to "look" at the Hyundai Sante Fe after researching several vehicles on-line. Chris Ekblom met us on the lot and asked if we had any questions. He was very knowledgable about his product and answered all of our questions. I had gone with my husband to look at the Santa Fe convinced that I wasn't going to like the car. I was driving a larger SUV at the time, a car I loved. After talking to Chris, I took the car out for a test drive and found it to be all he said it would; and despite my preconcieved notions, I really liked it. We ended up buying a Santa Fe and the whole process of the purchase, thanks to Chris and Alex Miller, was handled very well and very professionally. I have already recommended Chris and Hyundai of Keene to friends and everyone who comments on our new car. More

We were looking for a new car and checked out the dealerships in Keene, N.H. and friends of mine had purchased a Hyundai and so we thought we would check them out. We drove around the lot and Chris dealerships in Keene, N.H. and friends of mine had purchased a Hyundai and so we thought we would check them out. We drove around the lot and Chris was outside and asked if we needed any help or had any questions. He was friendly and certainly not pushy at all but was very helpful. We told him the type of vehicle we were interested in and he showed us several and when we saw the Elantra limited, we were really taken with the classy appearance of it and he offered to have us take a ride in it. It really sold itself and Chris had so much knowledge of every feature of the car that we were blown away with everything he knew about the vehicle inside and out. We told him we would get back to him in a couple of days. He said to call or e-mail if we had any questions and we did. He answered all of our questions and we now have a beautiful 2013 Elantra Limited in our garage. Chris is a great guy, very charming, a pleasure to work with and he knows his Hyundais that's for sure. It was a pleasure doing business with him. We would certainly recommend him and Hyundai of Keene. More
I bought my first Hyundai thru this dealership and have had all my service done here. I've always gotten good service. My original purchase went well, no pressure involved, the car was great, I wanted to come back to where I felt the most comfortable and this was it. I was treated well in all departments. More
