What a dealership!!!! The greatest we ever dealt with in all of our years purchasing new vehicles! Kenney Bussiere is fantastic and we feel as we have found a great new friend. Our contacts with Harley, Alex and Alan were nothing but terrific! We felt that we meant something to them, not only as prospective buyers but as human beings also. We have purchased many new autos over the years and have never been treated with such kid gloves as we have been by all the staff. This is our first Hyndai and we know that after we learn all the bells and whistles, we will enjoy it. We will definitely tell all of our friends about you and your dealership! Not as fortunate...Not a good experience at this dealership: What do you think they should do to remedy this? -Interested in car, asked about reviews about possible transmission issues a few people dealership: What do you think they should do to remedy this? -Interested in car, asked about reviews about possible transmission issues a few people posted online: dealership states, since there is no warranty left on vehicle there is no warranty to purchase BUT he would not give me any difficulties with it if it does have problems -Bought used car, FAILED INSPECTION after driving off lot -Noticed FLAT SPARE TIRE, asked for new since concern for being on side of road 100s of miles away with 2 flat tires; -Dealership gives me a difficult time, didn't want to budge, said they "thought" it was the seal; bring up point of why risk my safety of being on side of road alone with 2 flat tires? Dealership insists it's only seal so they try to "fix" it -FLAT SPARE TIRE ISSUE CONTINUED & after keeping on them, 10 months later they finally gave me a new tire. -Notice TRANSMISSION issue, but unsure at time what's going on -To my despair TRANSMISSION PROBLEMS WORSEN in severity to point where car is halting/bucking while driving -Dealership states it needs a TRANSMISSION OIL CHANGE since oil is very dirty, as well as clearing memory…well why was this not done prior to buying it a few months/a few 100 miles earlier? Makes me PAY for TRANSMISSION OIL CHANGE only several months after purchase -TRANSMISSION PROBLEM pops up again -FAILS INSPECTION 2ND TIME 1year later -Dealership takes car back; CHARGES to have the inspection issue fixed; BUT NOTHING CAN BE DONE ABOUT TRANSMISSION -Dealership states that HYUNDAI tells them a FEW OTHERS HAVE HAD THIS ISSUE BUT ISSUE UNRESOLVED -Still dealing with difficulty of dealership & a transmission issue Overall the experience starts off good when things are going well, but as soon as issues popped up and I had to deal with them in regards to ANY of the above issues, I found the customer service to be very rude and Scott would often state false statements about my car and be ready to argue my issues at hand. I would expect to have great customer service coming from a family dealership and especially helping me to quickly remedy the issues where they were responsible. More
I recently leased a 2013 Hyundai Elantra from Hyundai of Keene and had a great experience! I went on a Friday night as a quick stop-by and started looking at some used Elantras. Then Dan came out and showed Keene and had a great experience! I went on a Friday night as a quick stop-by and started looking at some used Elantras. Then Dan came out and showed me that I was actually looking at manual cars (which I hadn't realized yet, so that was helpful haha). He then showed me other Elantras which seemed to be what I was most interested in - though he did point out other models of cars too. Dan was very patient with me and very knowledgeable. I went back the next day and took a test drive in it. Dan came with us and sat patiently while I tried out every button and option in the car! He was able to answer all of my questions regarding tires, winter weather, maintenance issues, and many more. I traded-in my old car and was able to advocate for more money for it after looking up the Kelley Blue Book value. This was my first car buying/leasing experience and they were all very friendly. Dan didn't mind breaking things down and explaining them to me so I would really understand - which as a young female, I definitely appreciate. He wanted me to be making informed decisions. Alex was very nice and helpful during all of the paperwork! The other sales consultants even stood inside giving me the thumbs up when I started taking pictures with my new car in the parking lot. Thanks everyone! I felt good leasing my car from them and hope for the best with my brand new car! More

We recently purchased a 2013 Sonata from Liz (Elizabeth Riegert) at Fenton Motors. We can’t say enough good things about our experience. We have been purchasing Toyota cars for a long time always at different dealers and this is the first dealership we would buy another Hyundai from. Liz was polite and courteous throughout the entire process. We went for 3 different test drives before we made our selection and she never put any BS sales pitch on us like “buy before its gone, etc”. She respected us and guided us thru the process. We believe we got a fair price and the services provided by Allen/Alex and Scott proved that ALL the Fenton employees are aware that the customer is king. This is the dealer I came to after having the worst possible experience at Route 2 Hyundai in Leominster. Chris and Alan could not have been more helpful, less pushy, or easier to get along with. They were straightforward about the pricing, showing me the worksheet on the price structure for the lease I was shopping for. They even offered to let me take it and shop around if I wanted. I've NEVER hear of that happening. They also worked hard to find me the car I wanted in the price range I had, even though they had to go to upstate VT to get it. And when the paperwork on the car came incomplete, on a Friday, they let me do an 'extended test drive' on their dealer plate so I wasn't stranded for the weekend. All in all, the nicest experience I could have asked for, and I'll definitely go back. I highly recommend the dealership, and Chris, to everyone. Ask about the hot sauce! More
We have purchased a lot of vehicles in the past 40 years and this is, by far, the best experience we have had. Everyone we had contact with was very professional but yet made us feel like "family." Ace is the best, even introducing us to the service dept. We have never had that happen before. Ace took so much time explaining the different vehicles to us and helping us decide what was best for our situation. We definitely will be returning to the service department to care for our new Tucsan and will be recommending the Fenton Automotive Group to family and friends. Thank you, Ace, for all of your help.
