Dennis the salesman was excellent VERY friendly and kind and he was not pushy like other dealerships(example: Ford dealers are very pushy) also Brian Battersby the Finance and Insurance Manager was VERY and he was not pushy like other dealerships(example: Ford dealers are very pushy) also Brian Battersby the Finance and Insurance Manager was VERY VERY honest, down to earth to be honest this was my best car buying experience EVER what also amazed me and my son got there at 1pm at 6pm we were driving away with my new car which was super kool as in past I had to wait sometimes a week before I got the new car after all papers where signed. I purchased a 2012 Hyundai Sonata with a 2012 Scion IQ. Trade in value was fair, (about 1,000 below ADA value), price was the best using an extensive search with CAR-GURU. Complaint about (subtle) tire noise was fixed. The firm is very well managed but there is a little problem with the phone answering response of inquires. George Cheroff More
Mine was a difficult transaction that they were willing to help with as soon as I walked through the door. I was brought over from another dealership because they didn't think they would be able to make t to help with as soon as I walked through the door. I was brought over from another dealership because they didn't think they would be able to make the deal due to some financing things I had but as soon as I walked through the door I was greeted by Dennis who was already working with someone but politely brought me to Chris's desk. Chris took all my information and knew there was only one car I wanted and that car only. He was very pleasant to deal with and understood where I stood in the matter. After gathering my information he brought it to Paul and within minutes Paul had a lower rate then what I was previously confirmed for which lowered my payments by at least 200.00/mo. Brian in financing was very thorough and a delight to work with. I love my new car but noticed a couple things that could be issues and called Scott the second day I had the car. He was willing to take in the car right away and check my concerns. He did question one thing about the car but called another person that dealt specifically with BMWs to make sure the job was done to the best of their abilities. I would have to say this was one of the easiest, most pleasant car buying experiences I have had in a long time. I would highly recommend Hyundai of Keene to any of my friends looking for a car More

We purchased a new 2013 Sonata Limited PZEV on Saturday, Sept. 29, 2013. We live in PA and went to NH to purchase the car because Fenton Dealerships are the best!. This is our second Fenton Dealership vehicle in 3 yrs. We were on a time crunch, and needed to complete the entire transaction in one day...and it happened! Our first contact was online with Cathy G. She gave us all the info we needed on models, colors available etc. Then she told us what we could do beforehand to make the purchase go quicker. ( Online finance application, what forms of ID we would need etc.) Finally, she set up an appt. for us for first thing Saturday morning. Kenny B. was our sales associate. He was awesome. We told him which cars we wanted to compare and test drive, then asked him a lot of questions along the way; all of which he was able to answer or show us on the cars. He was extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of the cars we looked at. When we sat down with him, we told him what we would like our monthly payments to come in at and he went to work for us. We had a trade-in and received a very fair trade-in offer as well. The Sales manager, Paul S. knew we were pressed for time, and made the final pricing decision seamless. NO back and forth 3 or 4 times. We got the car we wanted at the price we wanted. Brian B. the finance guru was professional and very efficient. The car was prepped and ready (with our temporary plates) for us quickly too. The entire process from test drive to driving away took about 3.5 hrs. On a busy Saturday, that was outstanding! More

On a whim, I decided to go to Hyundai of Keene and it was an EXCELLENT experience. Within an hour and a half I had a deal on the table. A great deal! Everyone is extremely nice, there's no pressure and they really listened to what I want. I could not be any happier with my experience and I would HIGHLY recommend that anyone looking for a great car at a great price with no pressure, should definitely go to Hyundai of Keene. 1st time dealing with Hyundai of Keene and Dennis Kerbawy and I would highly recommend. I emailed the dealer and they where very quick to get a hold of me and set up a meeting with Dennis. He was very pleasant, jokingly, and not pushy at all. We went on a test drive in a 2013 Elantra. I was very pleased with the vehicle. But, I did have interest in other makes and models. Dennis and the rest Hyundai of Keene where very respectful of this and gave me the space and time to look at these vehicles without bothering me in my own research. When the deal finally came to, they gave me a great trade-in value on my 99 Dodge Caravan and we where able to come to an agreement on the final cost with no issues at all. A perfectly smooth transaction. With just over 1600mi. in my 2013 Hyundai Elantra GLS I'm very pleased with my purchase and the Hyundai guarantee. More
