Oil change and rotation I have always been treated fairly at this dealership's service department. While sometimes the quoted prices are more than I would like to pay and I I have always been treated fairly at this dealership's service department. This trip my daughter was in town for an oil change and rotation and the service was speedy as she needy to get back to work in a short time. The dealership knew she was on a time constraint and took care of us. Great service. More

Disapointed I choose to bring my Genesis sedan to this dealer. I had a service person who knew me..my car and made sure everything was perfect. I had to request my car be washed and vacuumed and even then it didn't get done. Yes I was offered to c ok me back and get it done but I am not going to take 1.5 hours to drive into town. Maybe it is time to switch vehicles. More

The advertised 29 minute or less oil change took over 1 hr. I have been a loyal customer for about 14 years, but I will be going elsewhere for service in the future. My last 4 vehicles ( Elantra, Sonata, Son I have been a loyal customer for about 14 years, but I will be going elsewhere for service in the future.
