I received a Email from them and I was able to schedule my appointment online and I didn't have to wait until the office was open. That was very helpful and convenient. I thought the Email also said that they would also was my car but it wasn't done. I was late for another appointment so I didn't say anything. I've been going to them for more than 6 years. Through all of the changes they have made and they have been good to me the whole time. That was the main reason I decided to buy my new suv from them over others in town. More

Recall Service Gone Bad Had engine replaced last month after seizing while driving. Great first experience but now the alternator is failing and the Service Dept says it's n Had engine replaced last month after seizing while driving. Great first experience but now the alternator is failing and the Service Dept says it's not related, despite the fact that there were no prior issues and the battery cables were so hot they were melting during engine failure. They want $630 for a new alternator. The worst part is they charged me $108 to diagnose it. The service manager won't return my call or email. Avoid them at all costs. More
