I had a reminder on my phone for the appt. and there was no waiting when I arrived at the dealership. The servicemen were friendly and were finished in about 25 minutes, while was enjoying complimentary Central Dairy ice cream in the waiting area. Great experience! More
Efficient but just a typical dealership Took our car in for a standard oil change no big deal. I left and waited to hear back when the car was done. I get a call about 25 minutes later recommending all this additional work they could do since the vehicle has over 150 thousand miles which would have added at least an additional $500. I was livid. I told them no and no again. Why is it that dealerships seem to push all the unnecessary work to make a quick buck? We ended up paying $40 for everything but I just found it ridiculous that they called me and actually thought I would spend that much money on unnecessary work! More
