Bad Experience We bought a car for our soon to be new driver. We were told while doing paperwork “the title was out of state and didn’t want to mess it up.” Come to We bought a car for our soon to be new driver. We were told while doing paperwork “the title was out of state and didn’t want to mess it up.” Come to find out a duplicate title would need to be filed. Now being told will take 2 weeks for the title. Hoping to get the title in time to license the car. Also 4 days after picking up the car they said they forgot to include the window tinting. This is the dealership error but making the customer pay for their error. The dealership should be offering to pay for window tinting for all the trouble we are having to get the title and since they forgot it originally. VERY disappointed in the customer service! More

After warranty replacement I have a 2001 Hyundai Sonata with over 371000 miles on it. Has been a great car. Recently the rear sub-frame rusted away, allowing the left lower cont I have a 2001 Hyundai Sonata with over 371000 miles on it. Has been a great car. Recently the rear sub-frame rusted away, allowing the left lower control arm to break away. The Hyundai service allowed the part to be replaced at no charge. I am a long time owner and this will go a long way in to all my future vehicle purchases . The people that seen to my needs were very great to deal with. And Hyundai as a company knows how to treat customers well. I hope to continue several hundred thousand more miles with this car... Great .. More
