I would like to say your Service department is excellent. I had the pleasure of working with Mike & Derrick regarding getting my car up and running. My only complaint: I brought the car in on Wednesday, they needed to order parts, and they would call me when the parts came in in Friday. Friday, Saturday, Sunday, no call. I called several times on Mon they needed to order parts, and they would call me when the parts came in in Friday. Friday, Saturday, Sunday, no call. I called several times on Monday and also Tuesday morning. I left a voice mail but no one responded. Finally, I drove there (8 miles one way) and was told the phone system wasn’t working. No excuse. Nobody has a cell phone? So, it was Wednesday before I got my work done. More

Everyone was nice while we were making our purchase, but the check engine light came on the next week afte purchase. We were told we would be charged full price for a simple diagnostic check. We went somewhere else and found out the transmission had been failing due to a recall that was just out of warranty. It never should have passed inspection with flying colors at the dealership like reportedly did. We still don't even have the title yet for our lemon a month after purchase. Our sales tax exemption has expired while waiting, so we'll be paying full price for taxes when we finally do get the title. Very disappointed with Hyundai, as the last 3 cars we bought from the Honda and Nissan dealerships within the Autoplex were great cars. Definitely won't be going back. More
