I took my vehicle in to get a new tire. We had a flat the night before. When I got there I was told I needed a new wheel. Okay so I order one and it will come in the next morning and I can pick it up in the night before. When I got there I was told I needed a new wheel. Okay so I order one and it will come in the next morning and I can pick it up in the afternoon. The wheel never shows up and I also don't get a phone call. I have to call three separate times to find out that I don't need a wheel, it's good but I actually need a new tire. So by this point its 5pm and all I want is my car. They did fix it and I did get it but the communication wasn't good. I understand errors and mistakes happen though. I will still be back as a customer. More

I wound up at Hyundai by mistake. I was heading to Chevrolet but all the driveways look the same. Upon entering the dealership (Hyundai) was greeted by Sales Consultant Sean Hardy. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. We talked about what I was looking for (previously owned vehicle) and approximate budget. Since it was late and almost closing time we made an appointment for the next day. Upon arrival I met Sean and he was good to his word and had a number of vehicles to look at. During the time of looking, driving, and chatting I looked at some of the new Hyundai vehicles and chose the Tucson. I was also introduced to Sales Manager Jacob Warren who was supportive but not in your face aggressive. Based on the two gentlemen I worked with, you have an excellent staff. Thank you. More
