The Service Advisor, Mike Hummel, was exceptionally courteous, knowledgeable and very efficient! The costs for the services, although probably typical, are very high. $578 for labor for work that most courteous, knowledgeable and very efficient! The costs for the services, although probably typical, are very high. $578 for labor for work that most likely took less than 2 hours to complete. I wouldn’t know, because the invoice only provided a lump sum for labor. More
