Nice people but not your top notch customer service This Dealership had the car we were looking for average pricing. Actually, we would have traveled to Birmingham but time was an issue, our old car was This Dealership had the car we were looking for average pricing. Actually, we would have traveled to Birmingham but time was an issue, our old car was out of order, for better pricing. The staff were friendly and professional but the dealership as a whole lacked top notch customer service. It took three hours from start to finish. The Sales Manager and/or Owner never introduced themselves to thank us for our business nor was it communicated through mail or phone call. I guess we expected excellent customer service like we received a couple of years ago when we purchased a car for our child at another local dealership in Jasper. They took a picture of him purchasing the car, sent him a 12-month calendar with that picture, a letter from the Salesperson and Owner thanking us for shopping with them, and gave free oil change coupons. While we were waiting on the final paperwork, their Manager even came by to shake our hands. This made us felt appreciated. More
