After spending a few days on the internet s My wife and I decided it was time to replace our 1st Hyundai, a 2001 Santa Fe with a new or newer Tucson. After spending a few days on the internet searching for deals on new and used vehicles and test driving a 2015 GLS model, I came across exactly what we wanted and at a price we could afford. I sent an e-mail to Hyundai of Greeley and received a prompt reply from Patrick Skinner. I gave him a call, asked a few questions and we decided to make the 1 hour drive to Greeley the next day. Patrick had the car waiting for us in the garage (it was getting very cold outside) warmed up and ready for a test drive. After the drive, Patrick showed us payment options and we didn't hesitate to purchase the vehicle. There was no pressure at all, the car was perfect for us and only had a little over 16,000 miles. The stars were aligned. They even stayed open 2 more hours to complete the sale. I highly recommend working with this dealership. Now if I can only talk my wife into trading her 2001 Tiburon for a 2014 Veloster Turbo... More

New blue link service is exceptional. Very easy to schedule service appointments with the latest technology. Service Manager Jack, and Service Writer Jason, were exceptional in their customer service. I've come to expect no less then the exceptional customer service they always provide. I had a basic four wheel alignment, tire rotation , and oil change as part of my new vehicle maintenance. Josh was the model of what a car salesman should be. The man was amazing-- friendly, very knowledgeable of the cars and features and took the time to explain in detail that we could understand any questions that we had. No pressure but a willingness to understand and explain answers to our questions was very impressive. With out a second thought I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a quality automobile just because of the folks working there with a special nod to Josh. More
Warranty Service 2014 Hyundai Had Warranty Service work done to Veloster due to blemish on steering wheel leather. Dealer ordered and replaced steering wheel unit. During this process, Service Manager-Jack and technician-Doug were (AWESOME) in customer service level while processing my vehicle. The Service Department put me in a new 2014 Hyundai as my loaner vehicle for the day. The technician took time to explain the replacement process, as I was concerned about the air bag and disconnecting the current (battery). The team completed my car ahead of schedule, the tech did a great job and left no indication work had been done to my car. Leather seat was covered with plastic and floor mat covered with paper mat. It's feeling pretty good to be a 1st time Hyundai owner, thanks Greeley Hyundai. More
Velocity/Roadster (age 50) Who would have known that at my mid age I'd be looking at 2014, turbo Veloster. I walked onto the Hyuandai lot sometime in May. Looking at the unique Who would have known that at my mid age I'd be looking at 2014, turbo Veloster. I walked onto the Hyuandai lot sometime in May. Looking at the unique, sporty looking 3 door coupe? Hatchback? Hot hatchback? know as, Veloster. I spent an hour with , Patrick Skinner asking questions and test driving 3 different models. I left that evening more enlightened of the vehicles engineering and design. I was interested in a red, turbo version of Veloster. The team was more than willing to dealer find one for me but I was not ready to commit. It took 2-3 weeks of emailimg, phone calls and a final drive to hyuandai. They had just received a new, red, manual turbo veloster off the truck. Patrick and team let me drive it home to my wife, we drove back to dealership to negotiate price & trade of a new 2013 kia rio hatchback. Dealer manager, Mr. Ziegler and Patrick treated us most excellent all around figures and we signed for our new, chilled ride. Who says you have to be 20 something to own a Veloster! More

Above and Beyond My husband is deployed to Afghanistan and I was not able to visit the dealership to buy a new car because my children's 3 carseats would not fit in ou My husband is deployed to Afghanistan and I was not able to visit the dealership to buy a new car because my children's 3 carseats would not fit in our current car. I called Hyundai of Greeley to ask a few questions about a new car and Patrick Skinner answered the phone. I am so grateful he did. Patrick is a wonderful person to work with. He will go above and beyond the call of duty. He drove two hours to my home to let me test drive a car and see if my 3 carseats would fit in the back of the car. He worked to find a car that fit my particular needs and budget. Then he drive back to my home to deliver my car and do the paperwork with me at my kitchen table. I was never pressured to buy and in fact was quite demanding about what I needed. Patrick met all of my demands and delivered me a beautiful car with no stress. I won't buy another car again without Patrick and the team in Greeley. More
