Very Pleased Customer service is almost a forgotten art. Those who understand customer service will dominate. I rarely give A's or roses, but on a 1-10, Luke at Customer service is almost a forgotten art. Those who understand customer service will dominate. Great experience with Scott Scott helped us tremendously close out our old lease, and get into an upgraded car for almost the same amount of money! He was extremely helpful, per Scott helped us tremendously close out our old lease, and get into an upgraded car for almost the same amount of money! He was extremely helpful, personable and knowledgeable. He was not high pressure, listened to our concerns, and answered all our questions about situation. We actually only went to the dealership to find out about our old lease in Colorado Springs, but Scott was able to save us a trip to the Springs, and he had us into a new car in a matter of a relatively short time. He was great to work with, and I would highly recommend him if you are looking at a car from this dealarship! More
