Terrible Customer Service June of 2016 I decided to purchase a used car from Hyundai of Greeley. I have owned new Hyundai's for a very long time. I purchase a new Hyundai SUV t June of 2016 I decided to purchase a used car from Hyundai of Greeley. I have owned new Hyundai's for a very long time. I purchase a new Hyundai SUV typically every 2.5 years, however because of my very long commute, i decided to purchase a used vehicle for commuting purposes only so that I did not continue to put miles on my new SUV. I contacted Hyundai of Greeley because I found a small little commuter car online through true car, in which my company carries a sponsorship with. I spoke with the sales manager Lucas and decided to move forward with the purchase of the car. I was assured that the car had passed all emissions testing in the dealership, the car was given a "used" multi-point inspection and was in great condition. I got off work early, went to the dealership, looked at the car and decided to go ahead and sign the paperwork. I purchased the car on June 30th 2016 and by July 4, 2016 the car was dead. I jumped the car, called and emailed the dealership, with no response. I continued to call and email, being told the service manager would reach me as soon as he could. Nope! I finally received a return email on July 20th 2016. in the meantime, I continued to have issues with this car. The battery dying all the time, the lights would pop on without the switch being on, continued to take the car to the dealership and being told they could not pin point what the issues were. Then I get an email from the service manager that states " we are still looking to duplicate this issue, if I start taking apart the components hunting with no duplication, we run into more and more labor" "We are still working diligently to get this vehicle in proper shape for you" Well here is the deal, I drove by the dealership on multiple occasions and the car never moved from the original spot. The windshield was so dirty that one could tell the car was NEVER looked at! Finally on December 15th 2016, I received a call from the general manager stating that he will buy back the vehicle (well if that's what you call it) and only after I called the bank and he had a few vehicles that I could choose from. I was told by the bank that because I had just had a credit report run that I would not have to have another. I get to the dealership, once again leaving work early, the General Manger tells me that, in fact I do have to go through another credit check, but that he has a specific bank. I agreed to have a report pulled for this specific bank. NOPE doesn't work that way, the dealership ran my credit report 10-15 times through different banks the first time, which I was not aware that was happening, then the second time, did the same thing when I was told it was for a specific bank, NOPE once again i was lied too. Because of all of this, the bank refused to do another loan because of all the activity on my credit report, the pulling of multiple banks dropped my credit score by 100 points, so in order for me to get another car for commuting purposes, I had to go from a 3% interest rate to a 12% interest rate being told that "it was no big deal, i could refinance in a year" By this time, I was over the back and forth, so i agreed to purchase the new "used" car through Hyundai of Greeley, WAIT, nope, that's not all! When I went to go sign the paperwork, I was told "the bank advised gap insurance for this car" SERIOUSLY! Doesn't this mean that you are way over priced on this car, gap insurance is typically when the car is purchased for more than its worth and if one gets into an accident the car is covered under gap insurance. Beyond frustrated at this point with everyone at Hyundai of Greeley. But whatever, I need the car! I signed everything, looked the car over thoroughly, had service fix some small things, signed the paperwork and drove away. NOPE, still not it. I drove the new "used car for 25 days when the check engine came on, the brake system kept blowing bulbs. Hyundai service refuses to take care of their customers, the service manager is rude and incompetent. Treats women as if they know nothing about cars or what a car may or may not being doing. After weeks and weeks of dealing with the service manager Alex Bustos, getting nowhere, I finally had to call Hyundai Corporate Western Regional Office. The Regional office agreed to fix the brake system, which was the entire wiring harnesses, again Alex trying to make me feel like a fool insinuating that in fact there were no issues. Again, there was an issue, that he just didn't want handle and do the right thing and fix. The car is still having issues and has had issues with the check engine light coming on, Alex continuously stating that there are NO issues, really, then why does the check engine light continue to pop on once the car reaches a half tank gas, why do I smell fumes in the cab of the car. After months of taking the car back and forth, Alex now states he located the problem but its my responsibility to pay for. NOPE! Will never purchase there again! More

Drove the distance to get new car. I had a great experience at Greely Hyundai. I found a car they posted on Craigslist while I was shopping at Arapahoe Hyundai, where I had a horrible e I had a great experience at Greely Hyundai. I found a car they posted on Craigslist while I was shopping at Arapahoe Hyundai, where I had a horrible experience. I left early Saturday morning in the snow before they opened from south Denver. Ten minutes before I arrived Scott called me and made sure the car was cleared of snow and parked up front for me. The buying experience was easy and I was out and on my way in less then a couple hours. Scott was very friendly and relaxed. More
