I bought a service plan expecting the same level of service I received from the sales team. Very friendly but quality of service and follow up is sorely lacking. Very disappointing. The person who helped me tremendously was Aly Napoleon. I had used only two oil changes and according to their computer said I had four. My car only has about 18,000 miles.
