I am very disappointed in the customer service. I asked two different times that they cancel the extended warranty on my car, only to find out almost 4 months later that they never did. I went in I asked two different times that they cancel the extended warranty on my car, only to find out almost 4 months later that they never did. I went in twice to confirm and they told me it was cancelled. I finally decided to call the warranty company myself and to my surprise it was never cancelled but i found out I was able to cancel it myself. i wish the dealership would have told me that 3 months ago. my experience before the car sale was good, but I can honestly say that the customer service after failed me, they stopped responding to my texts and phone calls.
