I came in for an oil change and tire rotation, I was met at my Vehicle By Chloe introducing herself very professionally, asked I could get my service and she advised it would be 1.5 hours, I agreed and was at my Vehicle By Chloe introducing herself very professionally, asked I could get my service and she advised it would be 1.5 hours, I agreed and was escorted to her desk my vehicle was written up and was then taken to the waiting area she pointed out the coffee and snacks, I was waiting Chloe keep me informed at all times, when my vehicle was ready Chloe came and escorted me to her computer and proceeded to explain the upsells at which time I explained, I had already purchased the parts and would be installing them later that day , she finished the paperwork and escorted me to my vehicle, I will be making this dealer as my dealer and will be back to see Chloe again, the service was completed in less time than I was told , I will recommend this dealer to all, More

Part of the reason I only gave a 3 star was because I sat at the service center all day for them to come tell me at almost 4:00p after getting there at 9:00 a that the part they would need to fix my vehicle at the service center all day for them to come tell me at almost 4:00p after getting there at 9:00 a that the part they would need to fix my vehicle they didn't have in stock and would need to order it and they stated they should have checked that earlier. So needless to say a while day was wasted because they didn't check to even see if they had the part needed. More

The person who helped me tremendously was Aly Napoleon. I had used only two oil changes and according to their computer said I had four. My car only has about 18,000 miles.
