I usually have good experience with this dealership but this was the worst service ever. I called and left 4 messages for them to call me back so I can make an appointment and nobody ever did.. for whateve this was the worst service ever. Unfortunately, I am providing this low rating; nevertheless, please read each reason for my rating of Hyundai Of Fort Myers: 1.) 35 minutes before an agent approached my window and asked for m nevertheless, please read each reason for my rating of Hyundai Of Fort Myers: 1.) 35 minutes before an agent approached my window and asked for my visit reason. 2.) After providing the reason for the visit, I informed him that I called about a week ago due to the Battery Management System (BMS) and scheduled an appointment. 3.) The agent took notes and I gave him my keys to take control of my car. He informed me the service would take about 90 to 120 minutes. I was aware of this when I called and made the appointment. 4.) While I was in the lounge area an agent informed me that the service would now take about 3 to 31/2 hours to complete. I informed him I was unaware of any other recall, but he told me about the second recall that had something to do with my Hyundai Tucson Hybrid. I informed him I was not aware of this recall and that I did not want to come back again for the fix. So, get it all done while I'm here. 5.) About 90 minutes of waiting, I walked to the shop area and a service agent asked if he could help me. I told him I was hoping for an update, and he said he would check it out and get back to me. I never saw him again! I then walked to the service desk area and asked one of the reps behind the counter for the status of my car. He looked something up and said possibly in 10 minutes your vehicle will be completed. Ten minutes later, I asked another agent for status and he informed me maybe 30 to 35 minutes for completion. 6.) Finally, after 140 minutes of waiting, I was called and informed that my vehicle was ready. I asked the agent to explain to me what tasks were performed to have a better knowledge of this particular service. He explained the work performed by the technician which he did very quickly. I signed and dated the work order and departed Hyundai of Fort Myers. To my surprise as I read the work order I discovered there now is a pending recall item that required me to make another appointment and drive to the dealership. The agent never once told me about the second recall. I am NOT a Happy Camper at this point!!!!!!! Therefore, my rationale for the lowest rating possible. Oh, and by the way, I contacted Leonel Osorio that same afternoon in hopes of getting a better understanding of the second recall issue. He never returned my call. So, I called the next morning requesting Leonel Osorio, and went straight to voice mail again. I then called the dealership and spoke with someone in Sales, who placed me on hold and said he would call me back shortly. This was about 11 am the next day. A Thank You to the Sales lady who told Leonel to contact me. More

Terrible service, impossible to talk to anyone. When they actually do answer the phone, they're rude. Finally got my vehicle in, was told a part would be needed and only 1 day for it to get there. Tried to call, my advisor is unavailable. Nobody else wants to talk to you because they're all sales people and obviously not a team of people there to help. Finally get through to someone, who gives me an update and now that part wouldn't be available for a month. This is causing an electrical short which is randomly killing the battery and has required 3 separate jump starts leaving my wife and kids waiting on AAA each time. I asked for some help or another solution like a temporary vehicle. This car is a brand new 2024 Kona with less than 5000 miles on it. This advisor says he emailed his manager, you think within a few days a manager would respond, nope. Finally went in this morning, a week later, to go pick up the car because we need a way for my wife to get the kids to and from school and just have to risk it either way. So now, picking up the car, the guy who is helping is rude, doesn't have a business card, when asked to speak to the manager he refused, he refused to give us anything more than a first name, wouldn't give me the name of his manager either. When we asked for proof the part is actually ordered he tells us it's now delayed 6 MONTHS. If I didn't ask, he wouldn't have even told me. Then he told me that he couldn't give me a receipt or proof that the part was actually ordered. I got frustrated and my wife said you can't withhold that information, finally he decided to print the work order. I've never had such ridiculous service. They can take both cars I stupidly decided to lease through them. All I really wanted was some communication throughout this process, I should not have had to chase people down for multiple hours just to get some information. More
