Couldn’t believe this dealer charges a 3% fee for paying with a credit card. My bill was over $1000, so that’s crazy. If I had known I would’ve brought my checkbook. Terrible experience! ! I received notification that the warranty for the lights on my 2014 Sonata had been extended. However, since my initial warranty expired, I had to d ! I received notification that the warranty for the lights on my 2014 Sonata had been extended. However, since my initial warranty expired, I had to do my own repairs for the lights when they became inoperative subsequent to the expiration of my warranty. Receiving this warranty extension seemed like good news. So, my lights became inoperative. I brought my car to Hyundai. They said I'd have to wait 60-90 minutes for the service visit. 3 hours later, they told me there was nothing they could for me as non-Hyundai parts had been installed. I don't know why they would have expected me to opt to bring the car in, post warranty expiration, when my lights failed. And why did I have to wait 3 hours for them to tell me there was nothing they could do for me. Awful experience!!!! More

I had an issue when I made my appointment. I said I needed my air conditioner looked at, it wasn't working. All the following emails/texts said you were going to check the coolant. I though I said I needed my air conditioner looked at, it wasn't working. All the following emails/texts said you were going to check the coolant. I thought that meant the AC. However, when I drove away and subsequently came back because my AC wasn't working, I was told coolant meant radiator not AC. Also, I said I wanted my windshield wipers replaced. It was not on all the communications I had & I called 2 times to get them added. Both times they said they'd add it to my work order. Hen I arrived for the service, my service rep, Rob , was very understanding about getting my wipers changed. Now, I have to make another trip and sit and waited for another service. This is the first time I had problems but I really felt whoever answered the phone when I made the appointment didn't hear me and really tried to rush the call. More
Worst experience I have ever dealt with, very confrontational service writer. I was being charged for shop supplies on a check engine light, and when I questioned it he stated that everyone gets confrontational service writer.
