He needs to be the head manager of any service. He knows what NOT to say to an angry customer. He's an active listener and doesn't patronize. Kudos to Andrew ta service as well! More

Poor communication, kept car over 2 weeks. Expensive. Told needed new part on back order and 2 weeks later was told “oh we could fix it afterall without the new part” yet still charged same pr Expensive.
