The wait time for routine service was very long, despite having an appointment. A repair issue required 2-1\2 additional hrs, yet the repair was inadequate, requiring a return visit. having an appointment. A car dealership is just that, but we did get a really positive surprise. The finance and service department are nothing less than awesome to work with and they tool their time to listen to us. Overall t positive surprise. The finance and service department are nothing less than awesome to work with and they tool their time to listen to us. Overall the most positive vehicle purchase I have done. We definitely recommend others to go to this dealership and truly hope they get the same experience we got. Highly recommended dealership! More
Nick is by far the BEST man/agent I’ve ever dealt with in my life. My car has had so many issues and I’ve been taken advantage of by Leo by trying to pull one over on me over a radiator hose but ever since I my life. My car has had so many issues and I’ve been taken advantage of by Leo by trying to pull one over on me over a radiator hose but ever since I went with Nick I’ve been nothing but satisfied and well taken care of. I won’t get help from anyone else but him! And Rob! More
Every thing went right, no issues at all. The wait was a little long but understandable for the amount of work being done. The wait was a little long but understandable for the amount of work being done. More
So there was a 'recall' on my vehicle that required a 'fuse' for the ABS braking system. Okay; easy, peasy, right? I called to make an appointment and the Service Dept. told me they need my V.I.N. number 'fuse' for the ABS braking system. Okay; easy, peasy, right? I called to make an appointment and the Service Dept. told me they need my V.I.N. number. Also; fine, I'd been there before it was on record; &/or I could read it to them. NO....they said they need to "SEE" it. I asked if the part was there and they could then fix the recall issue? NO: they said they had to make an appointment for me to come in JUST to read my V.I.N.....'then' they'd order the part. REALLY? What kind of xxxxxx show are they running there? Who would make a person drive 30 minutes to their dealership so they could confirm information they had on file? I asked several times if this was necessary and the person in service I talked to said yes. I asked who the Service Manager was, and the answer I got was "I Don't Know". Really? You work there and don't know your bosses name. This is the worst dealership I have ever had to do business with in my life. I did go for the appointment and just as I surmised; the service attendant who came out after I explained what the issue was said that it made no sense. The part was ordered but I fully expect to contact Hyundai Corporate and advise them how this particular dealership treats customers who spend thousands of dollars on their vehicles. Furthermore when I went in with 3 minor issues; none 'mechanical'; they wanted to charge me $89 to access and troubleshoot 'each' issue; not all of them. I drove away. That is hiway robbery and needs to be addressed immediately. More
