I am very disappointed in the customer service. I asked two different times that they cancel the extended warranty on my car, only to find out almost 4 months later that they never did. I went in I asked two different times that they cancel the extended warranty on my car, only to find out almost 4 months later that they never did. I went in twice to confirm and they told me it was cancelled. I finally decided to call the warranty company myself and to my surprise it was never cancelled but i found out I was able to cancel it myself. i wish the dealership would have told me that 3 months ago. my experience before the car sale was good, but I can honestly say that the customer service after failed me, they stopped responding to my texts and phone calls. More

Was able to make a appointment that suited my schedule, and from check in was kept informed of what was happening with my vehicle. After diagnosis was informed that the part's needed was not in stock and r and from check in was kept informed of what was happening with my vehicle. Matthew Edwards service advisor saved the day. I had 2 appointments prior to making contact with him. I was told at my second appointment my car had to be there all day and to go home and wait for I had 2 appointments prior to making contact with him. I drove over and showed Matthew all my paperwork and he had problem solved in less than 3 hours More
