I was at my appointment for over 3 hours for maintenance work. I was also told that the work for a nationwide recall was also being completed. Then I received an email today saying that my special part that work. I was also told that the work for a nationwide recall was also being completed. I was told it was the part that was needed for the recall. Now I have to go back for another appointment to have the part put in my car. I don’t understand why I was told that the warranty work for the recall was completed when it wasn’t. More
