I would love to upvote this review and give it four stars; however, the process to get an appointment is horrific (and why it’s 3 stars). Had it not been for Ray Powers (the manager) giving my moth stars; however, the process to get an appointment is horrific (and why it’s 3 stars). Had it not been for Ray Powers (the manager) giving my mother permission to email him with any questions or concerns, I would not have been able to get my car looked at. Attempting to call into the Service Department is terrible and management is aware. I had received several recall notices over the last year, but did not have opportunity to get them checked out. Whenever I have tried to call the Service Department to schedule an appointment, no one had answered the phone nor responded to my messages. I ended up going through Mr. Powers to get everything resolved faster than anticipated. More

Took my 2020 Santa Fe in for a break job and oil change. The brakes took a little longer to do, but the technician, Ernesto, stayed after closing to ensure the job was done right. The service rep, Chloe kept me informed every 15 minutes as to the status of the car. The Uber trip to/from my house so I didn’t need to wait all afternoon in the waiting room was an additional surprise. Will I come back for all my service needs? A resounding yes, I will. Thank those two folks for me again. They are the best. More

Waited 15 minutes to get checked in. The dealership was very busy. Customer service was very friendly & ensured me I would be out in time to make my next appointment.
