How deep is the poor service/customer service? I responded to general manager Jason with no response! He acted like he was concerned and asked me to provide my info so he could discuss with me. I responded and even called the dealership and left message with my phone number…he did not reach out. Everyone needs to be aware that maintenance items are being recommended way prior to the periodicity in the manual. My vehicle had 32,000 and Darren pushed for me to get things accomplished that are not listed until 120,000. It is a shame we as customers are being taken advantage of, especially us senior citizens
