It took entirely too long long for an oil change . There is no reason to take so many videos of everything. Get in and check everything and get the vehicle out the door. I was met promptly when I drove into the service area. The gentleman who wrote my service request form was kind and efficient. I noted my horn was not working but I only went there for an oil change. Work was done correctly after a three hour delay starting the work even though parts and mechanics were available. I was not kept informed while waiting and discovered the delay myself. When I asked about the work even though parts and mechanics were available. I was not kept informed while waiting and discovered the delay myself. When I asked about the delay I received a very disingenuous reply saying that my appointment was with the representative not for the service. The service manager argued with me that I should have known that and that I shouldn’t have waited. I didn’t need a representative as I had just been there the week before and they ordered and had received the parts that they knew needed to be done this visit. They never updated their service tracker in the five plus hours that I was there; it always indicated that my car was awaiting service. Very poor communication and customer respect. More
