My appointment was at 11:30 am and they took the car at that time. I was in for routine service and a recall. Everything was taken care of and they found another recall that had not been done. The only thing was I thought they would have washed the car. Maybe that is not part of service. Bishoy the service rep. was friendly and professional. He was a good representative of your dealership. Getting an oil change at this place is a half day event. I bought this palisade from O’Brien Hyundai and that was a 45 minute or less oil change. Now that it is under new ownership/management an oil change I bought this palisade from O’Brien Hyundai and that was a 45 minute or less oil change. Now that it is under new ownership/management an oil change takes four hours. I usually don’t even take my car here because the last time I was here they lied about rotating my tires and lied about plugging my tires even though they charged me for it. when I called the dealership back to report this it took days and days and multiple calls from me for anybody to even call me back and by then it was just too late and I had already moved on from using this dealership. The only reason I even took it for my last oil change was because I wanted the recalls fixed. I got there at 9:45 AM and didn’t leave till almost 2 PM. The only thing I added besides an oil change was an alignment that doesn’t take long either. At around 1:15 PM I noticed my car had been finally moved back out front so I figured it must be almost ready to go. After it sat in front of me for a half hour I walked over to the service department and asked them what was going on with my car and they tell me oh by the way it’s ready. So I’ve been here since 9:45 AM and It’s almost 4 hours later and the car is finally done and you just leave it sitting in front of me for a half hour and you don’t tell me? I can only imagine how long the car would be sitting there if I didn’t say anything. My wife bought a new car in the last year and we traveled up north to buy it in a different county because this dealership just flat out sucks. Now that my recalls are taken care of I see no reason to give this dealership any business for an oil change or a future purchase. I will travel up to Charlotte County or even higher to a better dealership. Also I was told I Was paying for a full synthetic oil change and on the printout it says semi synthetic so I don’t even know what type of oil they put in my car. I don’t even know how many miles now I should run the car Before I change the oil. This doesn’t surprise me, though cause like I said above, they were lying about rotating my tires, and also lied about putting a plug in a tire. More

The dealership service department does not work effectively. People are sitting there for hours waiting for their turn for their car to be seen. They could easily call you and let you know if they' effectively. People are sitting there for hours waiting for their turn for their car to be seen. They could easily call you and let you know if they're being delayed and you wouldn't have to show up quite as early as your appointment. More
