I came with a Transmission issue which wasn't resolved and was told that there were no Loaner Cars which is why the Repair could not be completed. I was then told that I would hear from the Service Dept and was told that there were no Loaner Cars which is why the Repair could not be completed. I was then told that I would hear from the Service Dept within a few days, once a Loaner Car was available so I could bring my Santa Fe back in for the Repair. It took the Service Dept 2 hours keeping my vehicle while I waited of course to find out that they couldn't repair it that day. I've not been very impressed with Hyundai of Fort Myers, in general, so this doesn't surprise me. I'm thinking of reaching out to Corporate to let them know that Hyundai of Fort Myers, needs a shake up with new Management. More

From the beginning, since Chloe received me, her attention was top tier. Chloe did a great job guiding me through the process and was very informative. Made appointment for a couple of recalls, took the day off work and left car for them to fix. They called later in day to inform me they did not have the parts. Called and left message about email I did not receive but no answer. Then tried to send email but Still no response. Still waiting for response from call from over a week ago. There's coffee and snacks, and the other building also had a waiting area with coffee and snacks. Over all, I'm satisfied with my purchases at this dealership. More
