I was bothered by the fact they decided to call a different number than the one they recitted upon arrival. I noticed my car sitting in the parking lot. Car was finished for oil change, but no one told me it was ready, sitting for 2- hours,! I thought when you bring car in for service they would check everything , tires still showing 4-different pressure was ready, sitting for 2- hours,! Took my 2020 Santa Fe in for a break job and oil change. The brakes took a little longer to do, but the technician, Ernesto, stayed after closing to ensure the job was done right. The service rep, Chloe kept me informed every 15 minutes as to the status of the car. The Uber trip to/from my house so I didn’t need to wait all afternoon in the waiting room was an additional surprise. Will I come back for all my service needs? A resounding yes, I will.
