I bought a 2019 Ram 1500 Friday afternoon and on Sunday it started having electrical issues. I took the truck back and they told they couldn’t do anything even when I put extended warranty. I needed a recall repair and scheduled my first appointment online. I received emails and reminders of the appointment and even called to confirm it. It took almost two weeks to get the part, which was difficult to confirm, before getting an actual appointment. More
I had to wait to be checked in for approximately 10 minutes for my 10:30 appointment. The service representative checked me in confirmed the recommended service I came from an oil change and tire rotat minutes for my 10:30 appointment. My car was ready when promised and I went to check out and I was charged for the tire rotation separate from the oil change which I had a coupon for that covered both. When I got to my car I noticed it had not been washed-it was drizzling) and there was no sticker in the upper left corner indicating when I should have my next service. I will say the dealer has a very nice shuttle service. 5 stars for that. When I returned home I looked on the Hyundai website and could not find where the $161 fuel injector service was even recommended. This is my second Hyundai automobile and the first time I feel I was taken by the service department. I was not planning on submitting a review until I called them to tell them what occurred and they were pretty dismissive. They did not even offer for me to come in and get a free carwash. More
