Disappointed in time/cost in repairing our air conditioning. This was the 3rd visit for essentially the same problem. I took my car in for a water leak on the passenger side. They cleaned leaves out of the sunroof and said it was fixed A few days later it leaked again. The said the sunroof was bent and needed to replaced They cleaned leaves out of the sunroof and said it was fixed A few days later it leaked again. The said the sunroof was bent and needed to replaced at a cost of 9,000. It was covered by my extended warranty. .it was replaced and the next day water was sgain leaking. Brought it back and was told it was the windshield leaking. The warranty company said the sunroof was replaced because of a noise it was making. While the car was parked outside the dealership it was not covered to keep the rain out. Bad experience. I emailed the service manager and have not heard back from him. More

I waited a whole hour while they had my car in the back at my appointment that I made a month prior before anyone told me that the wipers that were recalled they do not have in stock.
