Information provided is inconsistent and dishonest. My last service took 4 hours after I had a 7:30am appointment and kept being told they were “almost done”. My service advisor, Eumelio Gutierrez, was extremely patient and helpful. He explained the issue with my Santa Fe clearly, and told me it would be done on Wednesday. AND IT WAS! Has car in for recall work. Dealership performed "inspection" and said I needed a new battery (for $365) and they didn't find existing problems ( driver's side washer fluid spr Dealership performed "inspection" and said I needed a new battery (for $365) and they didn't find existing problems ( driver's side washer fluid spray inoperable, passenger door lock not functioning, rear window washer leaks into vehicle) and indicated all those systems were checked and fine. I declined the battery replacement, immediately drove to an auto parts store that performs battery and system checks (and sells batteries) and ALL systems (alternator, battery, and starter) checked out perfectly fine with no need for any replacement. More
