I was encouraged to make an appointment instead of just coming in early when it's more convenient to me. The earliest appointment available was 11:45 and it showed 'Express Lane 2.' I arrived at 11:45 and got in line in the one and only open lane. I sat in that lane for 60 minutes before the service tech got to me (no-appointment folks were not being turned away as a lady with no appointment was allowed to merge into the lane in front of me)for my required 5000 mile maintenance which turns out to be simple oil change (and headlight adjustment). It was 2:30 when I pulled out. So, I'm not impressed. More
Definitely NOT "O'Brien" anymore. Had an 11:00 appt but sat in my car, in the service line, until 11:25. I was dropping it of for a diagnostic check. My "ride" also had to sit in their vehicle waiting for me for over 30 minutes. I must also say I was greeted by a very nice, polite young man when I pulled in that let me know my service advisor would be with me shortly. I also had 2 other employees come by my car and speak to me. The customer service was amazing! Everyone that I had contact with were professional and friendly. The waiting in your vehicle for that length of time when you have an appointment is disappointing. More
My appointment started on time. I was told it would take 90 minutes and thats exactly how long it took. They were able to see i had a warranty on my tires. Saved me a ton!!
