If I have the option for "NO OR ZERO STAR", that will be my best choice. WHY? The main issue: THE FRONT PASSENGER'S SIDE DOOR CANNOT BE OPENED USING THE EXTERNAL DOOR HANDLE WHICH IS BROKEN WAS NOT RESOLVED my best choice. WHY? The main issue: THE FRONT PASSENGER'S SIDE DOOR CANNOT BE OPENED USING THE EXTERNAL DOOR HANDLE WHICH IS BROKEN WAS NOT RESOLVED OR FIXED. Thus we were backed on square one. The said door can only be opened utilizing the internal door latch which is not the issue. During diagnostic, Mike Pino, service advisor recommended an OEM external door handle to be ordered and later a new end cap. Not only the problem not fixed but the NEW external door handle was NOT installed, instead, the old one was installed back. Mike recommended ordering an "accentuator" to fix the issue but we declined to proceed further because we fully lost our trust on him. Furthermore, he never mentioned why the new external door handle was not installed. We came home absolutely disappointed, frustrated, feel like being scammed. My wife made a call to Tyler Rivera, the manager 3X (6/23;6/24;6/25) and spoke to Joan and Brandon. She was promised that our issue will be brought to Tyler's attention, unfortunately, 5 days had passed but to NO AVAIL. This issue didn't only happened to the front passenger's side door but also happened on the driver's side front door (service last 4/25/2025). Last 7/8/2021, almost 5 years ago, the SAME ISSUE HAPPENED with the rear passenger's side door. THE EXTENDED WARRANTY COVERED 100% on that door BUT We were DENIED for the last two doors which we were really confused and can't comprehend WHY???? If it's 100% covered on 2021 why not now when the issue is completely identical The extended warranty has been extended to 10 years with unlimited miles from the date of original retail delivery or the date of first use. In our case, we were eligible. We do have a complete documentations and on the process of referring it to our lawyer. More
I was very disappointed for my first service at this dealership. First I had to wait for 15 minutes sitting in my vehicle for a service advisor to acknowledge me if I had any appointments for any servi dealership. Second of all my vehicle is a 2025 which it should be under warranty and In my point of view Darren Damerell who attended me had no professional services or Karisma . He mad me feels very uncomfortable every time we speak. He told me my CV axle boot was leaking fluid and warranty won’t cover it , because he assumed I hit something when I was driving on the road. Very discouraging and frustrating experience. I would not come back or recommend this dealership for service. More

I came in expecting a complete replacement of a very expensive part. They found the one I had was merely scuffed up. They used and and got me back out the door for less than $150. expensive part.
