My appt was at 10:45, which was scheduled 3 weeks prior. I was checked in at 10:38 for an oil change tire rotation (40,000) mile check up. They also did a brake flush, which was authorized. I was told it would be 3 hrs for my car to be done. My car was not ready until 6:19 pm. My adviser left at 5pm without speaking to us, Another adviser helped us check out and advised us to speak to the service manager the next day to no avail. I left one text, and 2 voicemails and still have not heard from him. I find this TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. And my interior steering wheel, door rest and drivers seat had grease on it. More
I would much rather give a great rating for great service for people that work hard to provide a good product and service to customers. However, this is the second time in eight months that I have brought my for people that work hard to provide a good product and service to customers. However, this is the second time in eight months that I have brought my Palisade in for factory service. Each time, my vehicle was leaking substantial amount of oil after they worked on it. The first time in June 2024, I got home and later noticed oil on my garage floor. I immediately went back to the dealership and brought it to their attention. Yes, they did take it back to the garage and fix the problem. But there never should’ve been a problem. I used to change my own oil and it’s just not that hard, a basic function. Ensure the oil filter and plug are properly inserted before filling with oil. Then check for leaks. On February 7, I had the same factory service performed. Before I went to check out, I found my car in the parking lot. Sure enough, they’re safe puddle of fresh oil under it. Unbelievable! I advised the service manager Who promptly had somebody else take care of me. The vehicle was ready in 15 minutes. It seems to me that they have a serious systemic training and quality control problem with their mechanics. What are the odds that the exact same thing happened to me twice? There must be other customers experiencing the same problems. The sad thing is that it is so disruptive and time-consuming for them to fix a problem rather than have a quality control process that eliminates problems in the first place. Not to mention that it potentially puts my vehicle and myself and family at risk driving a vehicle that could suddenly Malfunction because of the problem the dealership left for me. Thank goodness that it was not my wife picking up the car either time. And she surely would not have checked for an oil leak the second time. My Palisade is probably the best vehicle I have ever owned. I brag about it to my friends and family. I just need to find a dealership where I can trust the service that I will get. More

Went into the dealer at my appointment time of 7:30. am. left at 3:00pm. I told them that I think that my rear rotor was warped. They took 3 1/2 hours to tell me that all of my rotors were warped and the am. left at 3:00pm. I told them that I think that my rear rotor was warped. They took 3 1/2 hours to tell me that all of my rotors were warped and they needed to be turned down but my pads were ok. They also said that I needed a 4 wheel alinement , brake lines flush and 4 tires. I agreeded to just the rear rotor resurfacing. It took them another 4 hours to complete I was at the dealer for 7 1/2 hours. When I went to pay my bill of $360.00. They told me that I also had to pay them another $260 for diagnostic that I was never told of. I refused to pay for the additional charges because all they did was look over my car to find out other things that they could charge me. I service person agreed and removed the addition charges. My problem was fixed with just the rear brakes resurfaced as I sugested when I walked in. More

All in All we were pleasantly surprised and grateful for the excellent service and quality response received during our visit to your location. I can HONESTLY say 'I am soooo very happy that I chose Fort Myers Hyundai to purchase 2 of my vehicles. The last one the KONA in September 2024 which was in for service. I had a bad experience with the previous owners; o’Brian Hyundai and have stayed away for many years. I decided to take a chance with Morgan and was pleasantly surprised with dealing with the service team. Hyundai and have stayed away for many years.
