Advisor Jasmin was excellent excellent but a full greasy handprint on the passenger side dash. Took a pic but was there 2 hrs or so for an oil change and needed to leave. This service center does not offer complimentary car wash. My Lexus dealer washes my car when they service it with an oil change. I purchased tires through this dealership on my Genius a year ago a wash. My Lexus dealer washes my car when they service it with an oil change.
