This is a follow up of my disappointing experience with the service done last June 23rd. The review caught the attention of Jason Curie, the manager who coordinated the communication with Tyler Rivera, the the service done last June 23rd. Once this big guys took the action, the warranty was approved and expenses I paid was refunded. The correct part was ordered and installation appointment was set last July 16, 2025. On that day, service agent, Leonel Osorio handled my service installation. I dropped off the car at 07:15 AM and was told to take half the day to complete. Around 1PM, I made a call to Leonel Osorio using his personal cell phone number. I called 4 times for the interval of 30 minutes but to no avail. All calls went to his voicemail, I called his direct office number but still goes to his voicemail. My wife called the office main line for service department and informed them the unavailability of Leonel Osorio. At 3PM, Leonel finally called. I confronted him about not communicating for 6 calls. He didn’t give me a reasonable and acceptable response except the car is fixed and can be pickup at our convenience. When we arrived at the service center, Leonel lost our paperwork for around 5 minutes and finally decided to reprint. He finally remembered that he gave the paperwork to Shane, who ordered the part. This scenario reflected unprofessionalism and disrespect for clients. Based on my experience, the problem or issue lies on the front liners who I believed carry a huge responsibilities in promoting professionalism, honesty, open communication, trustworthiness, respect and valued-clients mentality. Hoping the management will take action to correct this issue and take it very seriously. After all, your service reputation lies on humble clients like us.
