The first time I went there for the recall 251, which was an appointment made by the dealership and they did not have the part required. I got a text message later saying the parts were in. I called and ta an appointment made by the dealership and they did not have the part required. I got a text message later saying the parts were in. I called and talked to maintenance and made an appointment for 8 am on August 22, 2024 I was told by the person I talked to that the appointment was all set. When I got to the dealership there was no record of my appointment. Representative Jonathan Bickel was very courteous and got my vehicle serviced and glad the recalled part has been installed. Super unprofessional. I was told if there was an issue that would take long I would be supplied a car. I was there for 3 hours and they didn’t even touch my car until I as I was told if there was an issue that would take long I would be supplied a car.
