Explained my issue when I called for an appointment and was told it would take about an hour to fix. Arrived on November 6th and was told nobody should have ever said that, and my car was going to need to was told it would take about an hour to fix. Called and left message asking for call back to make appointment. Waited four days for call back that didn't come. Called again and was given appointment for November 13th at 12:30. Arrived, sat in waiting room for 15 minutes to be told I was told at my first visit I needed to make an appointment where the car could be left for the day...I was NOT told that, I was told to come back when I had more time and if I wanted a ride home rather than wait, it could be arranged. NOW on the 13th of November, I am told my name is going on the LOANER list and as soon as LOANER girl has a car for me, I will get call to come back. Today is November 15th and I haven't heard from Loaner Girl. This Santa Fe has 2600 miles on it and I am getting ready to start the return the car process with Hyundai. I'm done running back and forth to this dealership. More

The service went quickly and my car was done in no time. I brought my vehicle in for a one year service. Prior to arriving my car actually had problems not related to service. Edwin the gentleman that so I brought my vehicle in for a one year service. Prior to arriving my car actually had problems not related to service. Edwin the gentleman that sold us the car was very helpful in trying to figure out what was going on. We ended up going to a gas station so I could show him what problem I had with my car. Unfortunately, the problem hasn’t been solved yet. I still have an issue with my car, computer it seems and I hope it never affects my vehicle. I’ve gotten very helpful service from everyone who works at this dealership. All have been very nice to me. More
