I scheduled an appointment and was told to arrive at 2:45. When I arrive they said they didn’t have an appointment for me. The older gentleman that does the scheduling reported that they have numerous recalls and that parts have to come from China I ask him why is it my problem and why wasn’t I told that was going to be a problem when I purchased the vehicle he simply acted smug like he was used to this kind of wording if you can’t run the dealership sell it to someone who can if I had known dealership service at Hyundai dealers was this poor I would’ve never purchased the vehicle. I like the product dealer service it’s not worth it. I then toured a lot, looked at a few vehicles and noticed the trunk divider. I really like the trunk divider so I asked where the service department was and I went there ready to purchase a trunk divider for my Santa Cruz. I rang the bell knocked on the window and waited for 30 minutes Walk back-and-forth by, but no one stopped to help me. This kind of service is simply unacceptable. There’s no one around that ensures that people are doing what they’re supposed to do and regularly ask customers if they need help. More

Three times this month I brought my 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe in to correct an "ENGINE LIGHT" problem. The first time I was told vacuum problem "Make sure the gas cap is tight. The second time I was told it was in to correct an "ENGINE LIGHT" problem. The first time I was told vacuum problem "Make sure the gas cap is tight. The second time I was told it was a transition problem and they had to order a part. The third time they said I needed a new battery. Each time after service within a few days the "ENGINE LIGHT" went back on. I honestly am surprised Hyundai has been a good car for me until now. I was thinking about buy-ing another Hyundai but not now. More

The friendly employee controlled my Vehicle Identification Number VIN. It did not match with appointment made by Artificial Intelligence AI. AI made appointment for another VIN with 100000 mile Identification Number VIN. It did not match with appointment made by Artificial Intelligence AI.
