I arrived home with my car in a completely smoking cloud I got super scared and then I opened my front hauler and all I saw was smoke coming out the motor because it was oil all over the engine. I tried to call back the dealership but nobody answered it’s ridiculous, it has been 3 days already from my service and I’m still experiencing the smoke coming out my car pretty scary situation. It’s unacceptable this type of service after spending 3.5 hours in the service department with appointment waiting patiently to have my service done the right way. More

Originally I went there to possibly trade up for a new or newer used vehicle. In the interim my 2015 Sonata stopped running altogether and was towed to the dealership. It was found that possibly the vehicl newer used vehicle. In the interim my 2015 Sonata stopped running altogether and was towed to the dealership. It was found that possibly the vehicles engine could be covered by a recall from Hyundai. While this inquiry was being investigated people from management, sales, and service together provided a loaner vehicle to me to use free of charge. Hyundai Corp. decided in my favor and request to rebuild and replace my Sonata’s engine. This process took less than one month and now I have my 2015 as a gift of an almost new car. I have nothing but high praise and thanks for Hyundai Corp. and their excellent people that do their work at Morgan Hyundai in Fort Myers Florida. More
