I am a snowbird. Took my Hyundai Azera into the dealership , as it was the closest dealership to where I reside in Fort Myers. I had a noise coming from the front drivers side tire when I put th dealership , as it was the closest dealership to where I reside in Fort Myers. I had a noise coming from the front drivers side tire when I put the brakes on and coming to a stop Very friendly the staff where, yes The verdict was that I needed four new tires (now I had had the tires all checked before leaving home and they where by the dealership at home considered fine) As well they said rear brakes needed some work on them Again this had all been checked out about a month ago. And suggested all the fluids in the car should be changed Well this total just about $1,500.00 dollars. Perhaps it was more, was a couple of months ago and I am yet stewing about this Well I am an older person, and here on my own really, so not sure just what to do I decided that they better do the work as suggested Work was done and to their credit gave me a rental car to use overnight as I had brought the car in, in the afternoon Returned and picked up the car next am My son, had phoned , to the dealership very annoyed at what was being done as the dealership that we had taken the car to up north was a good friend of his. Work had been done already at any rate So I took the car and on my way The same noise, was yet there When braking and coming to a stop I wrote to head office in the U.S. who said to bring it back to the dealership But I did not nor would I go back Yes, the staff are very pleasant, the dealership looks good etc. but this was a very very poor experience for me. I have always been immediately waited on when I arrive for service. ( I make appointments over the internet and always get a prompt reply verifying my appointment.) Since I live about 25 minutes from dea for service. ( I make appointments over the internet and always get a prompt reply verifying my appointment.) Since I live about 25 minutes from dealership I always wait in their attractive waiting area helping myself to coffee and due to their WIFI service can catch up on my e-mail anf Facebook accounts. Service seems to be done in a very reasonable time and the costs are also reasonable. A bonus is the free car wash available which I use after every service appointment. Overall experience is excellent. More

I have been treated well by sales and service personnel at the dealership. My only complaint lies in the poor communication when repair parts must be ordered. As stated in my previous comments: This is our 2nd O'Brien Hyundai purchase. Whenever we need service we try to deal with Dia Pileta, if she is available. She has an extraordinary work ethic, incredible knowledge,follow-through and a wonderful smile. Our recent visit was for an oil change, however, there were some recalls on the vehicle. Dia arranged for a ride home as the work was to take 3 hours. Jeff, the driver of the courtsey van was very pleasant. I did not have to wait long for my ride home and when my vehicle was ready Jeff contacted me and came to pick me up. Thank you, Moya Schreiber More
I brought my 2007 Santa Fe in because the gasket surrounding the front windshield came loose and was flapping in the wind. I was told they did not do windshield work and that this WAS NOT covered u surrounding the front windshield came loose and was flapping in the wind. I was told they did not do windshield work and that this WAS NOT covered under the 5 year 60000 mile warranty. I contacted Hyundai and they said it was covered. Took my Santa Fe to Winter Haven where the work was done, under warranty. Never again for Obrien. I received a reply from Obrien as a result of this rating. I view that as a positive. We will see when it is time for me to replace my two 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe's. More
The only reason I go to Obrien is to have Garrett service my Subaru. He provides excellent service. He's very thorough and takes the time to look to see if anything else needs to be taken care of without a my Subaru. He provides excellent service.
