They are far superior as far as service goes. The vehicle we drive is our 2nd Santa Fe and if we ever need another it will be a Santa Fe. Any time service is needed I just call pick my time and it seems like we drive is our 2nd Santa Fe and if we ever need another it will be a Santa Fe. I was very nervous to make an appointment with a dealer to have my AC looked at. I was so nervous that I had not taken it in for 2 years... I just lived with the Florida heat! Well, finally, I couldn't t to have my AC looked at. I was so nervous that I had not taken it in for 2 years... I just lived with the Florida heat! Well, finally, I couldn't take it anymore and I made called Ft. Myers Mitsubishi. Pete Followell (Service Advisor) picked up the phone and started asking me questions. Since I had never been to this dealer before he quickly created a new account for me in the computer. I told him I had a 1995 Eclipse GSX that had been completely modified. I told him that I am the guy who did all of the wrench work and was worried about letting somebody else drive it, monkey with it... He laughed and told me that he has just the mechanic for me. Turns out this mechanic is not just some ordinary mechanic... He is a master / genius! His name is Nick Clemens... and when I first saw him... I knew I could trust this guy. I was able to help him understand exactly what I thought was wrong with the car and he went through it with a fine tooth comb! He is different... and the best part is, they can work on any car.. not just Mitsubishi or Subaru. I was so relieved... I finally found a GREAT mechanic here in Florida. After working with him yesterday... I felt so good, I could trust him with my first born! While he was working on my car, I decided to go see what is new in the world of Mitsubishi and that is when I met Randy Cox. Talk about no pressure... he was more of a friend than anything! He said... come on.... lets go see some cool cars! So I did, he is very very knowledgeable about their product. They sell Mitsubishi, Subaru, and Hyundai! He kept telling me that he doesn't know a whole lot about some of the models... but he was able to answer ALL of my questions! He is very modest to say the least! These guys are a CLASS ACT! I am so HAPPY that I finally called and made that appointment! I hope Nick will be my mechanic forever! I know there are a lot of people out there that are afraid of being ripped off by a dealer... I am definitely one of those people... but I am now so relieved that I can take my cars to a place that I feel so comfortable. Pete, Nick, and Randy all deserve a HUGE pat on the back! They made O'Brien Mitsubishi / Subaru look so good! I would definitely buy a car from this place! More

I am a snowbird. Took my Hyundai Azera into the dealership , as it was the closest dealership to where I reside in Fort Myers. I had a noise coming from the front drivers side tire when I put the brakes on and coming to a stop Very friendly the staff where, yes The verdict was that I needed four new tires (now I had had the tires all checked before leaving home and they where by the dealership at home considered fine) As well they said rear brakes needed some work on them Again this had all been checked out about a month ago. And suggested all the fluids in the car should be changed Well this total just about $1,500.00 dollars. Perhaps it was more, was a couple of months ago and I am yet stewing about this Well I am an older person, and here on my own really, so not sure just what to do I decided that they better do the work as suggested Work was done and to their credit gave me a rental car to use overnight as I had brought the car in, in the afternoon Returned and picked up the car next am My son, had phoned , to the dealership very annoyed at what was being done as the dealership that we had taken the car to up north was a good friend of his. Work had been done already at any rate So I took the car and on my way The same noise, was yet there When braking and coming to a stop I wrote to head office in the U.S. who said to bring it back to the dealership But I did not nor would I go back Yes, the staff are very pleasant, the dealership looks good etc. but this was a very very poor experience for me. I have always been immediately waited on when I arrive for service. ( I make appointments over the internet and always get a prompt reply verifying my appointment.) Since I live about 25 minutes from dealership I always wait in their attractive waiting area helping myself to coffee and due to their WIFI service can catch up on my e-mail anf Facebook accounts. Service seems to be done in a very reasonable time and the costs are also reasonable. A bonus is the free car wash available which I use after every service appointment. Overall experience is excellent. More

I have been treated well by sales and service personnel at the dealership. My only complaint lies in the poor communication when repair parts must be ordered. As stated in my previous comments: This is our 2nd O'Brien Hyundai purchase. Whenever we need service we try to deal with Dia Pileta, if she is available. She has an extraordinary work ethic, incredible knowledge,follow-through and a wonderful smile. Our recent visit was for an oil change, however, there were some recalls on the vehicle. Dia arranged for a ride home as the work was to take 3 hours. Jeff, the driver of the courtsey van was very pleasant.
