I was very pleased with my service visit on Monday July 30 at 8:45 AM. I was greeted right away at the drop off area and was written up in a very fast and efficient manner. I did have to wait about 3 or 4 minutes for the service writer to finish up a price proposal for a repair but it did not bother me at all. When your retired like me waiting is something we do alot of. Then he wrote up my work order and said a gentleman would come and get me when it was done. I don't remember the mans name but he did come and consult me on two things that needed done beside the oil change & lube. I did need a new cabin filter for the inside of the car but I feel that $25.15 for the filter and $31.99 labor to put it in the box that it goes in is a total of $56.14 which I didn't antisipate and it thru my budget way off. $31.99 to install it. It only cost $10.99 to do the oil change & lube and that is more involved in doing that than of putting in the filter in the box. I am a little upset with the $56.14 charge for the filter change but what can I do..I'm 68 years old and living on a fixed income of $1100.00 a month. They charged only $17.99 to rotate the tires, another job more involved. Anyway I'll get off my soap box now..I do like O'Briens and I will continue to get my service there and maybe by another car if I live long enough and still drive but I think your labor rates need to be adjusted for us seniors. The car was returned the same day, detailed inside and out. And the cost (FREE) can't be beat. Outstanding all around! More

I have a2011 Sonata with only17950 miles on it and the quality of this car is not very Good if I have to pay 400.00 to get it serviced. ____ 56.99 is a rediculus price to pay to replace the Cabin Air filter when it only takes 5 minutes to drop the glove box and replace a 20.00 filter you canbuy right there!!,also I looked at my cabin & engine Filters 3 weeks before and they were clean(white), they showed Two filter that were (Black),Figure that out!! They had to clean the brake calipers, Never had to do that on any other cars I had. They said the trodell body needed to be cleaned,129.99,Fuel injector cleaner should do that for only 5.00. They said the alignment was out 89.95, Never hit any pot holes so I guess it was out when I bought it or it really wasn't out. Next service at 30000 miles they want 800.00. I won't buy Another Hyundai again if repair costs of this kind are required!!! More
