I purchased my car in Naples but was very unhappy with the service department there after my long time advisor left and the department reorganized. I quite by chance walked into O' Brien one day after work, met Jose and came home to see when I needed service again. I called to schedule at O'Brien with Jose Delgado and will stay there forever. I am so happy with everyone there that I know now that O'Brien is also where I will buy my next Santa Fe. Best Oil Change and now a new car! I am continuously impressed with Jose Delgado in your Service Department. When I was there for an oil change on my 2010 Santa Fe, the coffee machine I am continuously impressed with Jose Delgado in your Service Department. When I was there for an oil change on my 2010 Santa Fe, the coffee machine was not working. So Jose politely suggested that I walk with him across the driveway and into the new car sales area to have my morning Starbucks coffee there. He also mentioned that I could look at the new cars while I was waiting. Well, then Shawn Greene stepped forward to offer his services as sales associate as I was looking at the new Santa Fe model. As we talked, Shawn suggested we look at and then test drive the 2015 Santa Fe Sport. I loved it so much that the next day my husband and I bought my new red Sport from Shawn. We will most certainly continue to service the new car with your dealership. Keep up the good work, O'Brien Hyundai staff :-) More
"Operating consistently with high standards" I had been having trouble with my brake lights. They would remain on after the car was turned off. After pumping the brake pedal several times, they w I had been having trouble with my brake lights. They would remain on after the car was turned off. After pumping the brake pedal several times, they would then turn off. I called for an appointment, and I was able to be scheduled the next day. I arrived at 8:30 am and was at first taken care of by a person in the service department and did not get his name. I was later updated on my car's condition and was informed that a brake pedal switch had broken and was replaced. Fortunately , for me, this was still covered under my warranty.The person that took over was Ryan Holley. He was excellent in informing me of my car's prognosis and was very professional and helpful. This is the " norm" for this dealership, expertise as well as all the staff being very helpful and informative. As I indicated earlier, I arrived at 8:30am and was leaving the dealership at 9:20am.
