Charged up Slow crank this morning...thought " OMG, it's not going to start...late for work"! Barely started...so I decided to take straight to O'brien service. timing belt replacement I was pleasantly surprised at the attention that was given to me when I brought my car in to be repair. Nick made sure every thing was taken car of and arranged to have the shuttle take me home and pick me up, which was a blessing since I live alone and would have had to get a neighbor to follow me to the dealership. Painless Experience I was in need of a scheduled service on my 2013 Subaru Outback. Had to purchase 2 new tires I arrived at the dealership at 8:25 AM for my 8:30 AM appointment and was greeted by the service writer outside in the write-up lane and he gave me my I arrived at the dealership at 8:25 AM for my 8:30 AM appointment and was greeted by the service writer outside in the write-up lane and he gave me my paperwork to take inside to one of the service techs inside. I was greeted by Darrell Born who printed out my work order and told me to wait a few minuted and Todd Born, who I spoke to on Friday, would give me the estimate on my 2 new tires. Todd came to me in the customer waiting room and gave me my estimate and I approved it and within 60 minutes I was all done and my car was waiting outside and they even ran it through the car wash for me and got it all clean inside and out. Todd called me to the cash office and I paid the bill and was on my way. I love going to O'Brien's for my service because all the staff are so nice and polite and make you feel like you are family. I am sorry I am moving back to Ohio in 2 months because I will miss my friends here at O'Brien's but I know I will find a great dealership for Hyundai in Columbus, Ohio and continue to get great service there. I have purchased a Sonata and Elantra Touring from O'Brien's over the last 10 years and I have loved them both. There customer service is the tops and I wish I could continue doing business with them but I can't so I will miss them though. More
