Length of service. One time I had to have a new tire put on as the present tire had a nail in it. That took about two and a half hours! I also think your customer service could be improved. In the past I have had trouble getting through to talk to someone. One time my attorney daughter called I never received a reply. When one is put on hold the music is horribly loud and obnoxious. I have reluctantly given Jose, listed below, five stars per my reluctant agreement. More

Avoid this dealership for service!!! Brought our 2013 Outback in for repair and had them tell us the wheel bearings were bad. Now having been a mechanic my whole life, I tried to tell the Brought our 2013 Outback in for repair and had them tell us the wheel bearings were bad. Now having been a mechanic my whole life, I tried to tell them I was pretty sure that was not the noise and it sounded like it was coming from inside the tire. They insisted it was wheel bearings and they go out all the time, so I let them replace them. Well guess what, when I picked my car up it still made the same noise. Brought it back and they realized the tire pressure monitor broke off in tire. They fixed it but refused to make good on their screw up. Charged me $800.00 for a $150.00 repair. More
