Was Annoyed, better now! Took vehicle in for "Check Engine" service for the Second Time...Same Issue! OBD was Reset...Again. Was advised the issue was resolved by opening the gas cap & reseuring...NOT!...Check Engine Light is BACK ON!!! Same issue persists...Confirmed by an outside mechanic - getting same OBD Code...P0456 Took the vehicle in for the third time. Gas cap as replaced. Issue seems to be resolved...we'll see. More
Courteous and professional treatment I recently visited this dealership because my dashboard light was alerting me that tires were low on air. They found that I had a nail in one tire and I recently visited this dealership because my dashboard light was alerting me that tires were low on air. They found that I had a nail in one tire and they quickly patched it at no cost to me. Then I visited them days later to get my windshield washer blades replaced. They quickly replaced them for me and used my $30 off any service coupon leaving me a balance of $8.24 to pay. I really appreciate their being considerate of a single older woman on a fixed income. More

Long wait I purchased my SUV at O'Briens, love it & left a glowing review for the sales staff. My service experience recently was quite the opposite. Long wait inside at service desk before some one even acknowledged I was standing there. No one was friendly or greeted me with a smile outside or inside. When I was called as to why I brought the vehicle in, I was treated rudely & curtly. They did however fix the issues. The actual service to my vehicle was not the problem, it was the staff. I will not be returning. More
Stopped in to ask about a TSB I had heard about. So I had heard about the possibility of a TSB for my car in one of the enthusiast groups on Facebook. Stopped in to see my main man, Max Woodsmall to So I had heard about the possibility of a TSB for my car in one of the enthusiast groups on Facebook. Stopped in to see my main man, Max Woodsmall to see what the deal was. Two seconds with his fingers on the keys and we found out that it was actually a RECALL on the High Beam Assist for the car.... A simple "Software" issue. (Software issue.... My first car was a 63 Mopar.... ) He had the car in and out before I could avail myself of a second cup of complimentary Sbux coffee! Of course, being a recall... no cost to me but even so, car is under full warranty, I was expecting none anyhow. Max did REMIND me though.... my first oil change (WITH full synthetic I might add) is... FREE. Something I probably had forgotten. He's a good man. And thorough. More

O’Brien has the best, friendliest, most helpful and reasonably priced service center EVE Since 2004 I’ve owned a Hyundai and now a new Subaru Outback. O’Brien has the best, friendliest, most helpful and reasonably priced service center EVER! My 3:30 appointment was delayed by a flat tire! Thankfully I had Roadside Service and got back on the road in 40 minutes. My service advisor assured me they would do my oil change and take care of my tire situation even with the delay. My mechanic volunteered to stay late to replace and align all 4 tires which I appreciated so I wouldn’t have to come back on a later date. I can’t say enough about this EXCELLENT Service Department! Thank you O’Brien Automotive. More
Great service. NO wash. Service is great, quick and they keep you informed. However, a car wash is supposed to be included after 4 years using them I've only had two washes, Service is great, quick and they keep you informed. However, a car wash is supposed to be included after 4 years using them I've only had two washes, even when I request and the service advisor puts it in the work order. That's my only complaint. More
