The dealership is easy to access from my home. The service was scheduled for 2PM, and I was checked in soon after arrival. I elected to wait in the service waiting room, and it was comfortable. The service was completed in an acceptable time frame, and I left for home shortly thereafter. Upon arriving home, I realized that I must have dropped my reading glasses at the dealership, so I immediately called the reception person, explained the problem and she began looking. She indicated that she found them, someone had found them, turned them in and they were put in a drawer with my name on them. I could not get back there on that day, so I went yesterday - the 28th, and quickly picked them up. A Service Advisor was there at the Cashiers counter, told him my name and the circumstances. He looked in the drawer and retrieved the glasses which had my name. I told him I was truly grateful for whoever had turned them in, along with the Reception person that located them.
