Seems like Morgan Auto Group screwed up this service department. Used to be 40 minutes top for oil change with appointment. Not any longer... Still waiting 2 hours later and advisor is at lunch. These folks have the most obnoxious phone system I have ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. The entire interaction was rude and made me feel that the dealer was doing me a favor and lowering t ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. Don’t use for service! ! I dropped my EV off almost 4 weeks ago for regular maintenance. They were super busy so I offered to leave it overnight even though I hadn’t planned ! I dropped my EV off almost 4 weeks ago for regular maintenance. They were super busy so I offered to leave it overnight even though I hadn’t planned on it. Picked it up the next morning after being called the night before to tell me it was finished. I noticed when I started the car, the overdue maintenance alert came up but I just assumed they hadn’t reset it and I’d just lookup how to do it myself. Couple hours later, I get an alert to my phone that my washer fluid is still empty. Test it, it is in fact EMPTY. Why? I just had regular maintenance? Now I’m not convinced they did anything at all. I have called twice a week for almost 4 weeks. I can’t ever speak to the manager so each time I’m asked to leave a message and the manager will call me back. Still waiting. I’m not sure if I have to go through them for maintenance under my warranty but if I don’t, I won’t be back! Only gave 2 stars instead of 1 because my sales experience was decent. My sales person didn’t know the first thing about electric vehicles and gave misinformation about the charging package I was getting but was still a nice guy. Super disappointed. More
Took my 2022 tuscon in for an evaluation on my seats. Have 15000 miles the seats are splitting due to design flaw. After 3 phone calls and 2.5 weeks later they denied claim?
