Had our Santa Fe serviced there and when he talked me into getting the tires balanced he said that my car would be ready in 30 minutes. 2 hours later it was finally ready. Then 2 days later I noticed an into getting the tires balanced he said that my car would be ready in 30 minutes. 2 hours later it was finally ready. Then 2 days later I noticed an oil leak. The service mechanic forgot to tighten the drain plug. Had to come back. He said that it would be put right in and fix the problem. One hour later car was still in the same spot. So I got in and drove it right off the lot. An hour later I called and asked when my car would be ready. He said that it had not been assigned to anyone. He had no clue that it was gone. WTH !! More

I waited 2 1/2 hours and the app said I needed additional filters which I signed for. Then I never heard from anyone and the app kept saying In inspection.
