I was told Finished at 1pm I arrived and part of the service had not been done. Leo went and told him what was left to do. I saw him outside asked how did you miss that, it is on my car rear driver side service had not been done. Leo went and told him what was left to do. He said I forgot I mentioned I have to get my grandkids at the bus. 40 min later my car was still waiting Leo again said she's waiting. 30 min later he walks out as if not a care in the world. Meanwhile my 11 and 12 yr old had no one to get them. Worst service ever! More
