6 hour wait even with appointment, then told couldn't fix something even though it was malfunctioning since purchase of vehicle. Was told that I could do it myself for free or pay $200 and wait 4 more hours something even though it was malfunctioning since purchase of vehicle. Your company or at least this location doesn't wanna help people. They want to rip them off. This dealership did not help me at all and I will be reporting them to the better business bureau. Previously almost one year ago i had paint defect. The Paint was not done correctly and due to this a Prior Auth had to be initiated. They approved it. I questioned them on whats going to happen if the any of the other 90% of the car starts to flake and peel going down the road? Advised to simply bring it back. This time i had to bring my car in for a few things. I took off Friday Dec 15th and scheduled a week ahead for this Oil Change, the Anti-Theft software update, and also the defective paint as it had begun coming off on a different portion of the vehicle. I come in for my appointment where you drive up to service and sat there for at least 15 minutes without any acknowledgement which i was early but as i know there were numerous things being done for my vehicle, I had arranged to drop it off and someone to pick me up. So my ride was waiting. I got an email informing me that they moved my appointment to 1:15 even though i was already sitting there. Charles, one of the Service team members came out after seeing me sitting there and assisted with my appointment. I showed him the paint and he informed me that unfortunately they are no longer in contract with who handles the defective paint and that i would need to go see Hyundai in Punta Gorda for this. I understand things change, however had this be mentioned to me when i was scheduling the appointment this entire appointment could've taken place where it all couldve been addressed without wasting anyones time. I do appreciate the Professionalism and Courtesy that was provided from Charles Santana but everything up to him was pretty disappointing. More
