Brought my car in for an oil change and I had a light on the dash board that was on again even though I had it in for the same problem a couple of weeks beforehand. My appointment was at 11:30. No one came to tell me what was going on so at 1:45 I went to the service desk and asked what was taking so long. I was told my service guy was at lunch and should be back by 2:00. At 2:30 I went back and asked again. My service guy was there and told me they were test driving my car to see why the light comes on. As we are talking he got notification they had to drain some fluid and then replace it. It would take 45 minutes. He acted like it was my fault, rude. At 4:15 I went back out and when he saw me he said it was done. Gave me the bill, I paid it and left and will probably not be back. More
The checkin consultant was absolutely horrible. He belittled my wife so bad. Everything she listed he said was normal for a Sonata. Steering wheel was scrapping when wheel was turned. No one would buy a car with scrapping like that. He tried to treat my wife as stupid. She was a manager for over 20 years in the IT Dept. at Liberty Mutual. Does that sound like she’s stupid. He kept her for more than 10 mins. I know because I was watching. Once he finally wrote all the things down, and it went back to the service guy. It was 100% difference. The actual service technician said none of those things listed are normal. He fixed every one of them and even ordered a new radio for other issues. Service technician was great. But the checkin consultant put a bad stain on your dealership. More
