My service advisor was courteous and quiet, but answered all my questions. However, it seems like this dealership is really good at only two things: using technology to avoid talking to people in person and all my questions. I want to trust my dealer, but I can't talk to the tech who works on my car; the dealer has no info on my car history at other dealerships; and the text messages from the dealer just say 'User', without any name. Prices for service 'recommended' were much higher than I expected and no explanation was offered. When I mentioned I had no other transportation options, rental vehicles were not mentioned until I asked for that possibility. My Advisor did seem to try to meet my precise expectations, but the overall experience remained poor. He did show me some old parts to verify service was done as stated, but I really couldn't be sure. Lastly, the car was returned dirty (grease/oil on exterior), and I had to return the next day to repair a windshield wiper that had been moved out of alignment. Charged 3 times the amount for parts than purchasing on-line from an OEM site. Requested that the damaged hose be saved so I could verify damage....since supposedly this leak was not covered under warra on-line from an OEM site. I have sent follow up emails to Michelle Whidden and absolutely nothing. I've sent emails to Jason Curie the General Manager and nothing. This place really bothers me as no customer relationships are built here. If you call them out for something that they know is wrong, you become a bother to them instead of them fixing the problem. And they control if you can leave a new review or not. Update: no resolution, only acknowledged the email and review. Do not spin your wheels with this company. Submitted to BBB and nothing. They have many complaints. Very disappointing. Let's start first with a recall about a safety belt. I took the car in for that and was told it was all set and they did a anti theft recall too. Great, I went on my way. Then I kept receiving emails that a recall was overdue and it was for the safety belt. I called the service department and was told that it was done but not in the system. After questioning it further, the guy on the phone said hold on I think I found it....yeah, they were waiting on the part and it was there mistake of telling me it was done when it wasn't. Okay....we are human and chalk it up to human error or a blatant lie. Today I come in but before coming I call two days prior to make sure that my oil change is still under warranty and I was told yes, everything is covered. Great, fantastic. I get here and was told from Nick that it is out of the coverage and it will cost over $100 dollars for an oil change. I said to him that when I called they said it was covered. His response was the appointment person wouldn't know that and they just say anything. I also have a back brake light out and discussed that as well when I called and again told everything was covered. That is not and again an insane amount. This car is a 2020 with a little over 25K. I let the first one go but disappointed in the professionalism of this service department. So now with an appointment and only having the safety belt recall done and a download into to computer I've been told it will be 2 to 2 1/2 hours. I'm not one to really say anything as I believe in being a kind human, and doing the right thing but I want others to beware of this service. I will not be returning to this dealership and as for still being covered under warranty for the years and the miles, I will find another to do the work if that ever arises. Have a super Uber duper New Year. Well four hours later, Nick comes in and says he stepped out and somebody was supposed to let me know it was done.... really guys? I have no words but NEVER going back there again and making sure anyone I come in contact with to let them know to stay away as it is HORRIBLE service and lies upon lies to cover their own butts. More
