The technician said my 4 month old tires were going to need attention in the near future. The car also had full service done 1 month ago where all fluids and filters were checked and anything that needed need attention in the near future. He must have only looked at when the last Hyundai service was done and made his assessment based on that and not on any true inspection. The BIGGEST ISSUES were that your dealership wanted to charge me $950 for a part that I bought for $121 from a reputable parts supplier. The part from a Hyundai dealer is $667 which is still a long way below $950. Even worse than that was that this dealership charged me 2.5% extra to use my credit card. I have never done business at a large company that buckled and dimes their customers like that. Also my original appointment was at 2:45PM on the previous Sunday. When I got there I was told that there was no possible way that any technician would be able to look at the vehicle. What a big waste of time. More
