I am always very pleased with Doug Cage when I come in for service. He is always very friendly and helpful. One thing I am not pleased with is my purchase of the Hyundai Elantra. I bought my car brand new for service. He is always very friendly and helpful. One thing I am not pleased with is my purchase of the Hyundai Elantra. I bought my car brand new exactly one year ago. I paid 23,000+ for it, and the amount of times I've had to bring it into the service center is unacceptable. I've had to bring it in twice for the sunroof, my engine had a malfunction, and now my gear is messed up. I have less than 13,000 miles on my car and don't over use it. I am completely unsatisfied with my purchase. I feel like every other month I'm bringing it to the service center for something to be looked at and replaced. Doug at the service center is great though. He does an amazing job taking care of my car, I just feel like I shouldn't know him as well as I do after only having my car for a year. I will never buy a Hyundai again. More

They did a great job, got us a car to use when it was going to be long, and were very friendly. Only concern was we had to remind them to check tires for wear (which we had asked at check-in) and we did going to be long, and were very friendly. When they checked the tires, they brought us out to see how bad the wear was on the tires. More
Although I was not charged after my initial visit to have the new belts installed in Nov at 90,000 miles, I have had to return for problems related to one or both of these belts subsequently 3 times now sinc the new belts installed in Nov at 90,000 miles, I have had to return for problems related to one or both of these belts subsequently 3 times now since Nov. He did a walk around inspection and then sent me in the to write up desk. I did have to wait about 3 or 4 minutes for the service writer to finish up a price proposal for a repair but it did not bother me at all. When your retired like me waiting is something we do alot of. Then he wrote up my work order and said a gentleman would come and get me when it was done. I don't remember the mans name but he did come and consult me on two things that needed done beside the oil change & lube. I did need a new cabin filter for the inside of the car but I feel that $25.15 for the filter and $31.99 labor to put it in the box that it goes in is a total of $56.14 which I didn't antisipate and it thru my budget way off. $31.99 to install it. It only cost $10.99 to do the oil change & lube and that is more involved in doing that than of putting in the filter in the box. I am a little upset with the $56.14 charge for the filter change but what can I do..I'm 68 years old and living on a fixed income of $1100.00 a month. They charged only $17.99 to rotate the tires, another job more involved. Anyway I'll get off my soap box now..I do like O'Briens and I will continue to get my service there and maybe by another car if I live long enough and still drive but I think your labor rates need to be adjusted for us seniors. Thank you for listening..I still feel you deserve excellent on all the survey questions except the price question. More
